If only I was at this state of mind 20 years ago I would have made different choices, resulting in different outcomes. WellвЂ¦ when and if we make our dreams become reality most probably depend on our timing. You know how they always say that every thing has its own time. Her youth and determination made me think of the timing in our lives. She managed to pursue her dreams at a timely manner and now baring the fruits of her efforts, encouraging others to do so. The panel was interesting and engaging (wonвЂ™t bother you with details) but the highlight for me was a young successful lady with tones of positive energy and enthusiasm. So whatever our future brings us, probably it is a good idea to not forget about those small, simple priceless yet not costing any money things that are the backbone of our existence and makes us whole.ДЄttending a webinar today made me think of timing. You have your starting point, grown and aiming at bigger, better things butвЂ¦ at the end it is like you have arrived at your starting point, where the most important things are small, simple and basically looks like they have never changed.

Well, time flies and now our parents, a lot older need our shoulder to rely on, even sometimes it feels like the roles are switched, but stillвЂ¦makes it feel like you are somehow running in a circle. Since we were teenagers, now grownups we are trying so hard to change our reality bites for better. It is like all the bits that happen in our lives makes them our reality bites, looks like we are running in circle. Now, around 20 years later I tough of it in a bit of a different context. It was basically a romance, but at the time it was relevant to all the boyfriend drama that was surrounding me and my girlfriends.

Maybe because of all the recent events within my life and outside of it, I tough of some old and such a favourite movie вЂњReality BitesвЂќ. So next time before you judge someone, think twice and be kind вЂ“ that is the best policy! Whist using big words like diversity and equality on a everyday basis, the truth of the matter is that if you are not like the most people, most often you meet judgement, rather that understanding and acceptance.

There is this saying that someone could not understand properly the other person if he/she doesnвЂ™t try to walk in their shoes вЂ“ something that less and less people do nowadays and generally care about. So disregarding a humorous reaction from others, I am convinced that if done later in life such things, it is at least two times harder for the individual to achieve them. I agree that the main big things in life have their appropriate time to happen, but as there are so many different circumstances and things that can go wrong simultaneously, a person could end up doing a degree or learn to drive in his/her forties, for instance. Provoked by some obstacles recently, I started to think of how if some вЂњnormalвЂќ steps in your life come in different order, it is more complicated to be understood and accepted seriously by others. ButвЂ¦ sometimes life has funny ways to lead you in a different direction and as it happens your path is becoming more of an exception, rather than a norm.

From a young age we are used to meet other peopleвЂ™s expectations and follow certain steps, from graduating university, find a good job, start a family and be successful in all of those things in general terms.
